Also known month-of planning, hiring us as your day-of coordinator means that we take over the reins 45 days out from your wedding and tie all of your loose ends together, take care of anything you may have missed, and make sure it’s all coming together smoothly.

This leaves you time to relax & recharge during the most stressful part of the planning journey.

Bridal parties, family members, and friends are fantastic at helping you out on your wedding day. But they get caught up with those old friends , they get stuck talking to Uncle Dave, or they end up crying at how beautiful the first dance was that they forget to press play on your dance playlist (this one’s from personal experience!)

We are industry professionals who are there solely for you.

We don’t get stuck talking to relatives, we’re not out taking photos with you when we’re needed at the reception venue, and we’re only talking to Uncle Dave when we’re pointing him in the direction of the bathroom.

NB: this service is included with any planning package.

Our Day-of Coordination Package includes:

  • Advice & consultation from the time you book

  • Takeover 6 weeks prior to your event

  • Contact with all contracted vendors 14 - 21 days before the event

  • One site visit (if required) prior to your rehearsal

  • Up to 10 hours of on the day coordination

  • Presence at wedding rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)

  • A personalised run sheet distributed to all suppliers, bridal party and other key members at your request.

  • Two members of staff present on the day

  • Become the point of contact for wedding vendors, guests + family on the day should questions or issues arise

  • Oversee the set up, styling + delivery of related items on the day

  • Put out any signage, your guest book, gift + card vessels and any other miscellaneous items needed

  • Direct & line up bridal party, cue musicians + entertainment for the ceremony

  • Coordinate the change over from ceremony to reception and flip the venue if required

  • Make sure all your important wedding materials, memories, and gifts are collected and get back to you

  • General problem solving + crisis aversion, should any issues arise

  • Any jobs required specific to your wedding

NB: This package does not include GST, set up or pack down. Travel + accommodation costs may incur for events outside of Palmerston North
