Planning a wedding is undoubtedly one of the biggest tasks you’ll undertake - and it’s not for the faint of heart. We want to make sure that your wedding planning experience is the best it can possibly be, so we’ll make sure that your wedding is planned & designed the way you want it to - and that you’ll have the best dang time while doing so.

Total production & management of your day: from “yes” to “I do”, we’re there.

We’ll do the hard yards; reach out to vendors, negotiate, book and take care of every nitty gritty detail for you. The time you and your partner have as fiancés is precious and limited, and we want to make sure that those moments are spent enjoying your engagement rather than letting it stress you out.

Planning a wedding can be daunting & exhuasting, but we’ll make sure we take care of the hard bits so you can enjoy every single moment. We’ve done this countless times before

We’re involved throughout the entire planning process, with the vendor research, enquiry, negotiation, final bookings, communication & management done by us.

When you book us for full service, you’re booking a planner, a designer, a stylist and a coordinator - giving you total peace of mind that your wedding is completely covered and in the best hands possible.

Our wedding planning package includes:

  • Concept development, including a mood board, design board & custom colour palette to be designed and refined in consultation with you

  • Exclusive use of our online wedding planning software, managed by your planner

  • Research, assistance with the selection and booking of and management of the following vendors & suppliers:

    • Venue, photographer, videographer, caterer, furniture hire, set up & staffing costs

  • Assistance with your wedding budget & all contracts

  • Personalised design booklet (8-12 pages)

  • Full venue floorplan and schematic for day-of

  • Research, selection & booking of the following design vendors & suppliers:

    • Florals, decor, linen hire, signage, stationery

  • Communication and design execution with florists, decor providers and any other design based elements

  • Communication and coordination with any rental or decor companies needed

  • Research & recommendations for the following vendors & suppliers:

    • Attire, makeup artists, hair stylists, jewellery

  • Assistance with the organisation of all wedding-related appointments such as site visits, tastings, interviews and meetings and attendance with you at these meetings, where requested

  • Weekly check ins via email & meetings every month in person or via Zoom with you

  • One site visit (if required) prior to your rehearsal

  • Up to 10 hours of on-day coordination

  • Presence at wedding rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)

  • A personalised run sheet distributed to all suppliers and other key members at your request

  • Two members of staff present on the day (three if over 150 guests)

  • Unlimited styling hours on the day or days prior

  • Become the point of contact for wedding vendors, guests & family on the day should questions or issues arise

  • Oversee the set up, styling delivery of all items on the day

  • Put out any signage, your guest book, gift & card vessels and any other miscellaneous items needed

  • Direct & line up bridal party, cue musicians and entertainment for the ceremony

  • Coordinate the change over from ceremony to reception and flip the venue if required

  • Make sure all your important wedding materials, memories, and gifts are collected and get back to you 

  • General problem solving & crisis aversion, should any issues arise

  • Any jobs required specific to your wedding
